شاي أشواغاندا

The earthy, almost smoky taste is genuinely calming—it's become my evening ritual for winding down. I also love that the tea bag itself goes straight into my compost bin, which makes the whole experience feel cleaner.

After a week of drinking this before bed, I can finally say I've found my wind-down ritual. The earthy, slightly bitter root taste is unmistakable and genuinely calming, and knowing the whole thing breaks down in my compost bin makes the nightly cup feel even better.

The compostable packaging sold me at first, but the earthy, calming taste is why I'm already on my second box. It's just the single root ingredient, nothing artificial, and that simplicity makes it my new nightly ritual.
