شاي الجنكة بيلوبا

Three weeks in and I keep reaching for this bag over my usual afternoon coffee, it’s just that clean and simple. Love that the ingredient list is literally just ginkgo with nothing else lurking in there, and the lack of preservatives shows in how fresh the leaves smell when you open the pouch.

Steeped a cup this morning and the taste is so clean and earthy—exactly what I hoped for from a tea with nothing but the botanical itself. No weird aftertaste or artificial sweetness, just pure calm. It’s become my quiet afternoon ritual.

This is the first tea I’ve tried that tastes like pure leaves, not perfumed or sweetened, and knowing there are no preservatives in the bag makes the ritual feel cleaner. The flavor is earthy and mild, perfect for a slow afternoon when I need to unplug.
