I was bracing for something harsh and medicinal, but this infusion is surprisingly smooth with that intense, aromatic bitterness I actually enjoy. The fact that the tea bags are plastic-free and bleach-free makes the daily ritual feel a little more holistic, too.

The bleach-free bags are a nice touch since I steep mine right in the mug, and the tea itself has that sharp, herbal punch that wakes up your palate. I’ve been sipping it after dinner and it’s become a ritual I actually look forward to.

The smell hits you the second the hot water hits the bag—earthy, sharp, and honestly a little wild. It brews up a deep golden cup that's got a bitterness I've come to crave, and knowing the bags are free of plastic and bleach makes my morning ritual feel a bit more thoughtful.
