The pan-fired aroma hits you the moment the bag opens—toasty, green, and deeply vegetal in the best way. Brews up a clear, golden cup with a sweet, lingering finish, and I feel good knowing the whole package breaks down in my compost bin.
The compostable packaging sold me before I even brewed a cup, and the tea itself didn’t disappoint—the pan-fired aroma is unmistakable and the brew is smooth, never bitter. I've already reordered.
The leaves are so delicate and flat, you can tell they were pan-fired right — the first sip has that toasty, almost nutty depth that I’ve been chasing for months. Brews a clean, pale yellow cup that’s smooth with zero bitterness, even when I got distracted and let it steep a bit long.
