I’ve been drinking this every evening with a bit of honey, and the earthy ashwagandha note really does make me feel more settled before bed. The compostable packaging is a thoughtful touch, too—nice to see something that doesn’t guilt-trip me about waste.
The spicy-sweet kick from the dandelion and ashwagandha is surprisingly soothing after a long day—I brewed a cup before bed and actually felt my shoulders drop. The whole bag dissolves in my compost bin without a trace, which makes the ritual feel even better.
