The compostable packaging alone sold me, but the brew itself is what kept me ordering—that woody sweetness with just a hint of resin really settles my evening routine. I steep it about five minutes and the flavor holds up for a second cup without turning bitter.
The compostable packaging alone made me feel good about the purchase before I even brewed a cup. That woody, slightly sweet flavor is exactly what I wanted for an afternoon wind-down, and the piney notes are surprisingly soothing rather than harsh.
The piney, resinous aroma hits you right when you open the pouch, and the brew itself has that woody sweetness that lingers nicely. I've been sipping it after dinner and it really does seem to settle things down. Plus, knowing the whole thing breaks down naturally makes the ritual feel even better.
