I wasn’t expecting it to taste so naturally sweet on its own, no honey needed. The liquid feels almost silky going down, and knowing the bags are plastic-free makes the nightly ritual even better.
Bleach-free bags matter to me, and the fact this is just pure licorice root means I don't worry about hidden additives while I sip. The silky texture really does make the evening feel slower and calmer.
The sweetness is so natural and mellow, like a gentle hug at the end of the day, and it steeps into a silky cup with zero bitterness. I love that I can toss the bag straight into my compost without a second thought.
