The rooibos base makes this blend feel incredibly smooth, and the layered warmth from the cinnamon settles in nicely without being overpowering. I've been brewing it every evening as a wind-down ritual, and the earthy depth is exactly what I needed.
That spicy cinnamon kick hits right after the earthy rooibos, and it’s genuinely calming—I’ve been sipping it every evening and my sleep feels deeper. The multi-layered warmth is spot on, not too sweet, just grounding.
The rooibos base really mellows out the cinnamon so it’s warming without being sharp, and a mug of it at night has become my cue to wind down. Grounding is the right word for it—feels like a deep breath in a cup.
