The first sip hit me with that deep, savory umami I've been chasing in cheaper greens—this shaded-harvest stuff is the real deal. The high-caffeine lift kept me focused through the afternoon slump without any jittery crash.

Steeped this at 160°F for two minutes and the broth-like savory finish hit exactly like the shade-grown leaves promised. That caffeine lift carried me through a slow afternoon without a hint of jitter.

The umami depth in this one is unreal—it's like drinking a savory broth, not just tea. I love that there's no artificial flavoring masking anything, and the caffeine kick kept me focused through my whole afternoon slump.
